The Primary Service Area of the Bandera Corridor Conservation Bank encompasses 13 counties: Bandera, Bexar, Blanco, Comal, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Kinney, Medina, Real, and Uvalde. In limited, site-specific circumstances—such as when readily available mitigation options are not available—the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service may approve the use of BCCB credits for projects located elsewhere within the Golden-cheeked Warbler’s 35-county nesting range (commonly referred to as the Secondary Service Area).
